Interesting thought. It is my understanding that most (all) other breed evaluations are done by people within the breed - it would be interesting to see things done with people outside a breed evaluating them. I have always contended that when you stand outside a breed/or training method it is easier to see the abusive or down side to what is considered the 'norm' - when you are inside the breed/ discipline it is just seen as the way things are done....
