when we had our fence put in by professionals they came out and put the posts in, with concrete in the hole, let it "cure" and set up several days and then came out and strung the fencing wire. I'm glad because its only been 3 years and a lot of the fence wire stuff looks like pure heck but the posts are pretty much still straight except one or two where my husband whammed into them with the tractor.
