Oh yes. I also rode under a dressage instructor who would sometimes ask me to "Set my hands" . Some of the riders in these pictures took that instruction to heart. Of course, the arms and hands were still in that straight line from the elbow position. She also wouldn't let me move my arm to shorten or adjust rein length. Nancy
