i have been reading up on it and a lot of articles say that since
gestation for donkeys is a month longer than horses, that you almost
always add 10-14 days onto the gestation for a mule foal....  which
goes back to what the donkey owner told Sylvia "add on 20 days longer
cause it takes that to grow the extra on the ears "  haha
