The goal is to optimize the flat walk and running walk through achieving Balance, Looseness, Engagement, Softness and Soundness, "B.L.E.S.S." Their approach to training is device and cruelty free, relying on sound training principles, which are easily learned and practiced so you will be able to train your own horse. In the Saint level, the focus will be on gaining control of the four corners of the horse, a flawless rein back and halt, and reining the horse with seat and leg.
