Ha! Since we got the Kubota tractor (2002 maybe?) I am no longer so dependent on Cary to move stuff for me nor do I need to wait for him to bush-hog. BUT, even though I can do more stuff - and I often do - he tends to race me out to do many of them, so HE can get to drive the tractor! I haven't been doing any mowing this spring due to my flu/allgergies/asthma, but I'm finally better, so I bush-hogged the arena Friday. Yesterday, I moved a few barrels and trot poles around from one area to another, using the front-end loader on the tractor and by balancing the poles on the bush hog. Seriously, ladies, these newer tractors are as easy to drive as a car. Our 2002 Kubota has power steering and hydrostatic (~ automatic) transmission, so it's actually easier for me to drive than the riding mower! Karen Thomas, NC
