Exactly. I know that Judy suggested we try some positive feedback, but I just go bleary eyed when I see the same-old bad riding, followed by the old "had to show her who's boss" attitude. I honestly can't think of where to start with positive feedback when there's so much that needs adjusting, especially when the captions don't seem to be asking for suggestions, but instead seem to be drawing conclusions.
