I have a simple HA setup as follows:

Object Endpoint "icinga1" { host = "icinga1" }
Object Endpoint "icinga2  { host = "icinga2" }
Object Endpoint "icinga3" { host = "icinga3" }

Object Zone "A" {
                Endpoints = [ "icinga1", "icinga2" ]
}

Object Zone "B" {
                Endpoints = [ "icinga3" ]
                Parent = "A"
}

icinga3 is just a satellite checker node, executing checks.

What happens to the checks that icinga3 is executing if zone B is no longer
visible to zone A?
Can zone A take over responsibility for these checks after some kind of timeout?

Generally looking for any designs which might make all checks failover to zone
A in the case that zone B dies!

Thanks ,
Ross
