Greetings -
With all due respect, I don't see *any* host configuration in the zip file
you provided... since it works from the command line but doesn't work under
icinga, it would seem fairly apparent that you issue lies in your host
configuration (and not necessarily in the NRPE configuration). If I had to
guess, your config has either the wrong IP address(es) for the host(s)
in-question, or fails to pass a needed argument to your check command.
If you are using the classic interface, have you tried "expanding" the NRPE
commands in-question to verify that they are using the same system call that
you are testing from the command line? The easiest way to verify is to find
your host (select "Hosts" as your "object type" and click continue), then
click on the host name (first column), then on the check command that you
are troubleshooting (third column). You should get a Command Expansion table
that will show you how it's configured (ie. how icinga parsed your configs).
You can change the arguments, there, and click "go" to see how it will be
expanded. Once you have the right command, you can test it on the command
line (or modify your configs, accordingly).
Hope that helps...
