David, When Derek Webster was working with the ICSA website I sent him a number of items which had been put out in a "Policy Handbook" in the old-fashioned paper form. These were to be put on the ICSA website. If that was done, I do not know where to find them. They'd be: Guidelines--Graduate Secretaries Guidelines--Intersectional Regattas Billing Policy Guidelines--Sponsorship Conditions for all National Championships and General Conditions
