REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Another beautiful day in Charleston. Racing was postponed until noon due to
lack of wind.
Southerly filled in nicely to about 8 to 10 knots and was relatively steady.
There was a strong ebb tide to begin with, a brief time of slack tide, and then
a flood tide
built through the conclusion of racing. 3 races in each division were
completed with goldcups
and triangle windwards as courses. There were no brakedowns or protests
filed.
Big thanks to C of C undergrads for helping in running races and keeping the
rotation going.
