ohn Jackson / Graham Hall Memorial Team Race
Day 1 Results from Georgetown

Recap - Double round robin of 56 races completed by 4:30PM. Wind was WNW
15-25 with high gusts. Races were sailed in the Washington Sailing Marina
Lagoon which offered some shelter but also shifty conditions. Numerous
capsizes throughout the day but remarkably no breakdowns. There were a
number of protests filed on the water but only two were filed on land
resulting in 1 DSQ. Thanks to Dr. Richard Sullivan (Gtown '74) and Nick
Ewenson for hearing the protests. Thanks also to the Georgetown Sailors who
ran the races today in difficult conditions- Michael Campbell, Scott
Furnary, Todd Breeden, Leah Volk, Ginger Cutler, Amanda Hassler, Hugh
McBride and Dan Oricchio.

Top Four finishers stay at Georgetown tomorrow for the John Jackson Team
Race
Bottom four finishers head to Navy for the Graham Hall Team Race.
