Women running races for Women.
Ali Sharp (Navy coach and SMC alum) ran the competitors meeting setting the
tone for a great day of racing in tough conditions. PRO-Christine Accettella
(ODU) and RC Chair-Melissa Pumphrey (SMC) ran the racing in extremely
difficult conditions on the St. Mary's River. Breeze started Northwest and
went right round the dial making mark moving almost fruitless. The crew did
an outstanding job while jury chair Barbara Herbig watched attentively.
The Saturday night coaches oyster party awaits and RP info will have to wait
until final results--sorry.
Courses were W-4's and 3's with gates.
