Bowdoin's fleet of 18 Rondar Larks are for sale. The boats were new in the fall of 2000 and have undergone substantial work in the winters of 2005 and 2009. The boats are in good shape since the work was completed in 2009. The boats are for sale at $1000 per boat.
Described by some as “Super Larks,” the boats come with a set of Dacron sails (main and jib) and a mylar main. The hulls are nearly identical to that of the Tuft’s Lark fleet. The boats are very fast in light air and would be perfect for a team that sails on a lake. The Larks will be available in May 2010. Delivery of the boats is available for an additional charge.
