Saturday:

Day 1 of the Intrepid Trophy was sailed today in a chili Northwesterly in
Annapolis Harbor. Cloudy skies with the occasional rain showers put a real
damper on the 1st of October, but on the bright side, 27 races were sailed
in 15 plus knots of breeze, completing one full round robin and digging into
round two. At the end of the day, Hobart leads followed by St. Mary's and
Maine Maritime. Tomorrow's forecast is for more of the same, chili
temperatures, breeze in the mid teens, and clouds. Thanks to our volunteer
RC as well as chief umpire, Herb Larribee and his team of coach judges and
team representatives. Tomorrow's plan is for the completion of the second
round and a top-4 / bottom-3 round. Purdue University was a no-show.

Sunday:

Another chili Northwesterly on Annapolis Harbor. Cloudy skies and breeze
ranging from 6 to 14 knots. The remainder of Round Robin 2 was completed
today followed by a Final-4 / Bottom-3 round robin. Congratulations to St.
Mary's who sailed a great day and pulled off the "W" in the last race of the
Final Four. In second was Hobart, followed by Maine Maritime Academy, and
Navy. Another thank you to Herb Larribee, our chief judge and the coaches
and team representatives who helped umpire racing.

Complete results as well as RP information are attached.
