Visiting teams:

The US Naval Academy is excited to host three more Intersconference
Regattas in the coming weeks. If you are planning on attending any of
these events, you should keep in mind the following items:

1. Access to our facility is restricted, as we are located inside a
military instillation. To gain vehicle access, you should go to this site:
http://www.navysports.com/ot/navy-visitors-team-officials.html
at least 7 days in advance and enter your information.

For Women's, requests are already late, so if you are coming this weekend,
please fill out your request right away if you have not already done so.

It is often a good idea to arrive early in case there is a problem with
your request that will need to get sorted out in the morning.

2. Drysuits are required for the Navy Women's and Trux, per the ICSA
schedule. If we have warm weather, the requirement may be lifted at the
event, but everyone should bring a functioning drysuit with them to
Annapolis, or you may not be allowed to sail.

3. For Navy Women's and the Truxtun Umsted, the volunteers from the Naval
Academy Sailing Squadron will be providing a cookout for all competitors,
free of charge, immediately following Saturday's racing. We encourage you
all to stick around for a few extra minutes to enjoy some warm food after a
hard day of racing.

4. For all three regattas, all divisions will be on the water at the same
time. We typically have a lunch break, but the break is short and there is
no where close enough to get food during the break. Please make sure you
bring everything with you that you will need for the day.

5. On Sunday during the Trux, a Swedish Tall ship and a Coast Guard ship
will be pulling up to the seawall near the Robert Crown Center. This
should not impact our regatta, but we ask all competitors to be courteous
and stay out of the way as these ships dock.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hosting your teams in
the coming weeks.
