Sat:
An impressive field of ten teams from around the country were fortunate to
have an expert regatta management team who ran 50 races in nice team racing
conditions. PRO Chris Gaffney '00 and mark set Stan Hyatt '98 set the
course in a Northwesterly and steadily moved it to the right as the
pressure diminished mid-afternoon as it did elsewhere in the region.
Fortunately, a reasonably steady Westerly filled to complete the first
round. An impressive field of umpires led by Rob Overton were on top of
the racing. It was obvious that Christine Accettella, Stovy Brown, Pat
Healy, Peter Johns, Bryan McDonald, Dawn Riley, Rob Rowlands & Sam Stokes
enjoyed working with the competitors and one another as they happily
answered questions at the debrief after racing. Plenty of great teachers
in that crowd!

Sun:
Racing was delayed until 11am and thus the second round was abandoned in
favor of a top six championship gold in a beautiful 6-8 knot southerly.
Congratulations to the Stanford Cardinal on an excellent win! Thanks so
much to Greg Wilkinson, ICSA Rep, who worked with the scorer to continue to
develop Techscore for team racing.

Due to growing pains in Techscore, ties are not yet accurately shown.
