That's right. "Replay-resistant solution"?
The current charter text says "replay-resistant mechanisms", which
avoids constraining us only to protocol solutions.
I'm not seeing any other proposed changes to the charter; the
milestones are negotiable in flight so they don't need to be perfect
out of the starting gate, but suggestions there are welcome.
Absent any other proposed changes to the charter's text, I'll release
this for the next phase of review ("External Review", i.e., the whole
IETF) in the next few days.
it would still be good to make explicit that the drafts mentioned are
not the only ones on the table.
