Hi All, I've posted updates to the two current non-WG documents that I'm the document owner on:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-gondwana-dkim2-header/ https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-gondwana-dkim2-modification-alegbra/ For the header document, I have updated it to be more compatible with Richard's spec document: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-clayton-dkim2-spec/ At the moment there's still a lot of duplication between those two documents, and likely some incompatibility. I plan to work with Richard on moving towards having all the mechanics of the header (exact field values, meanings, algorithms) in one document, and the "how to use these mechanisms" aka "how to interoperate" be in the other document. ... Regarding the Algebra. I updated it significantly so that its syntax is a tag/value set the same as DKIM2-Signature and all the other similar tag/value fields. This is done by having .0, .1, etc for the named fields. I have NOT yet looked at having an algebra which describes patches against binary representation, because that would require a different body hashing algorithm as well.
