Clearly, many organizations do use Net 10, but at the majority of
organizations I've worked with, for Remote Access, people realize that 10 is
unique among Private Addresses in classfull space.  

If we'd have more Private space, particularly, in the classful Class C
space, many of us would put it to good use. Without it we'll continue to
struggle.

It won't help, I'm afraid. Most of the organizations I know of have
hardly exhausted network 10 -- they just all decide to start numbering
from the bottom. Adding another block of them won't fix the situation.
