John, you've mis-addressed this. It's Mykyta who wants to do it ,not I. I think it's at least as much a waste of time as you do. The only reason I reviewed it and commented on the language at all was that Mykyta said Russ had agreed to shepherd it. Either it needs to be published as it is, without further waste of time, or it needs to go away.
