Here is the clarification:
The 'Open Mic about "Area Expectations for the TSV ADs"' part in the
TSVAREA session has been put in place by the Transport ADs with the
intention to let the community discuss the requirements of the Transport
AD positions.
The discussion of the requirements is for the future, not about the
current NOMCOM process.
We did notice that there issues with finding Transport ADs just from the
publicly available information, i.e., two calls for candidates after the
first, regular call.
Neither of us (IESG nor community) does know about the internals of the
NOMCOM. And there is no intention to interfere with the NOMCOM process.
