When there was problems with Internet connection during synchronization
process the iFolder server stop to work well.
It happens to me three or more time. How to repeat such situation.
Create a shared folder an attache 2 users to it.
Synchronize a few times.
Then during a synchronizing process switch off your network ( maybe better
disconnect your ethernet cable). Try to do it when the server send the
"index" file (I don't know what it is - this large file with the name like
35546633eee655a65f56a5a5)
From this moment when a user make same changes and synchronize the changes
appears on the server BUT the second user can not see it. If he try to
synchronize, no files will be downloaded. The second user can see the
changes when using the web interface.
After the described station no "index" will be sent to any user.
Questions.
1. Is there any possibility to tel the server - reindex my data and send
me the index again.
2. Are the no transactions implemented in iFolder
3. I thing the program (server) should automatically repair this situation
- the user will see the problem after days - it could be to late
