I looked at and am now running TeamDrive. Pretty nice!
I would also recommend looking at www.mesh.com . I am using this and have
been for a month or so, it is working very well for me.

Maybe you should take a look at Teamdrive (http://www.teamdrive.net)
The client is free and can be used with a webdav server, which you can
setup
for yourself easily enough.
Currently there is only a windows client, but they are working on a linux
and mac client, which should become available during Q1 2009.

I use the JungleDisk myself but primarily as a backup method.
It's excellent and since you can encrypt files before uploading, it
ensure
sensitive data is safe. However I don't use it as an iFolder replacement
because the client frankly isn't simple enough for the end user - the
amount
of option it gives would scare off users.
The best potential iFolder replacement I have seen is Dropbox (with
clients
for Windows, Linux and OSX) but this goes into Dropbox's own Amazon S3
bucket, not yours, and while they do encrypt files...they own the key,
not
you and they use only S3 datacenters in USA - if you're in Europe, data
privacy legalisation would obviously prevent the storage of data outside
of
Europe.
So...while Dropbox is so painfully simple and easy to use and works so
well...on other hand it have issues that prevent me from using it.
So...I'm
still looking for an iFolder replacement still...

Can something like this FULLY replace iFolder?
I need both individual folders and workgroup folders, so I need a
solution for both. I also move between Windows, Mac, and Linux clients,
so a cross platform client that can sync changes between all three is a
must. If I host something internally, encryption isn't mandatory since I
can tunnel it, but if I use the cloud, it is.
I know this is way way off topic, but I figure I can't be the only one in
this boat. I've not used Microsoft Groove at all, but I think that is
out due to cross platform issues. What is everyone else doing?
