Turns out it was an ID10-T error (there's a setting on the servers page-who'd a thunk?) I do still have an issue with why it doesn't sync all the users. That may be an actual bug but, I'm going to try decriptor's appliance to see if it's just a patch I'm missing. The problem does not seem to be the CN for the proxy as all the OUs are represented in the user list. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to which users are not being displayed; although, we have been focused on a single user with multiple accounts. These accounts of course all have a unique CN. I am expecting them all to be present in the user list. Finally, the users are not being refreshed upon revisiting the admin page. For example, if I add a new user to the tree, the user does not show up in the user list. Has anyone experience similar issues with Active Directory via LDAP? AD by default will only return 1000 entries in an LDAP search (they expect you to use the paged control if it's over 1000). You can increase this by setting the MaxPageSize value in AD.
