there are companies that deal with RHCE (for example). the problem is more
of a chicken-and-egg problem : there aren't that many users that look for
these system people or for linux support contracts, and thus there aren't
many people who bother doing them, or offering support contracts for linux
systems. it's a market that will have to grow gradually, by forces pushing
from both sides (clients and service providers). it'll be a good question
to ask IBM's people on their "IBM and Linux" conference day on the 18th.
