Well, if you start apologizing, you are going to start apologizing for every e-mail you write. By 'you', I didn't mean 'you' literally, but, newbies. It is also important to not take written context directly to your heart. You are going through a steep learning curve, and you are bound to hit some road blocks and pit falls.
