Hi Harish, you can only create 4 primary partition on your Hard drive,Actually it is the feature of linux MBR.In dual boot system we have to create 3 partition for linux viz /,/boot and swap.so it is better to delete your one volume i.e 1 primary partition and make extended partition of all free space. After all you can create several logical partition on linux and both window. Hope this will definitely serve your purpose.
