One thing needs to be clarified. Suppose there is a server A with IP
address X and it has the index x. A is removed from the server group.
Then another server B with IP address Y is added. Will index x be
assigned to B? What if A is added back, will it get back index x?
This needs to be specified so that a user knows exactly what to expect
about the index.
