Be that as it may, I think a friendlier approach would be much better. 
Also, from a software development standpoint features != bloat, and
simplicity != quality.  Instead, bad design == bloat, and good design =
quality.

I am new here so I don't know the ilohamail culture too well.  But, I
would have assumed that "IlohaMail Culture" != "Microsoft Culture".
