I don't understand how these above statements affect Software
development in general and Open Source Software in particular. Ideas
come to people not registered bodies. It is people who execute plans,
not the body and it is again the people who make better working model,
find sponsor, etc. I don't remember which software (primarily open
source) was produced in such strict rules as to create the registered
organization first.

But yes, as Prashant said we need a registered body so that we are
represented. No debates here. But this has not much to do with
starting a new software IMHO.
