Hmmm.... They are asking you to add i8042.reset option to linux kernel
options. That means resetting keyboard controller chip. This may
either be the fault of APIC (interrupt controller) or ACPI (power
management) - very likely latter, since it seems to be related to
reboots. I wonder if somebody has filed a bug report for this. Syam
chettan's problem may have been similar.
