If you go more concerned and doubt about MS open standards also what about
other popular standards like flash which is proprietary which is to be
concerned more than the .NET issue .  Also I don't think a language C# is
some what related with it. It is the framework that is having a concern.
Remember they are also working under law and can't change the license one
day. Framework 1.1,2.0,3.5 all can be used under those licenses even if they
changed in future versions.
