Hi Sajjad, I'm not entirely sure what exactly your problem is but I think I had a problem which was very similar to yours. I could send files over bluetooth from my laptop but could not receive any. So then, I un-installed gnome-bluetooth and installed blueman . Now blueman has had no issues till date and more than that, it's giving me transfer speeds of about 150kbps+ with my nokia phone while the default gnome-bluetooth gave only 70kbps max.
