Hi sir,
I will suggest u to install and use onavo. Its available in android market.
Its a very cool app which will give u a clear idea about all the traffic
going out and coming to your phone. It can give u application specific
report. So that u can find which app is hogging ur data and bw. And then
later restrict it to wifi or block it.

I think this will help u , because deactivating data traffic may not be
ultimate solution always, as we may need for many apps , especially in a
smartphone.
