Your point about poor netiquette is well received. The number of of Tamil posts and users are too small to start a separate list. Please consider that this LUG is hosted Tamil Nadu, and therefore has an obligation to promote FOSS especially in Tamil. I agree that it's a different matter if someone posts in Swahili. Also consider the fact that the Tamil localization team is a very small group of passionate developers. Localization is essential in enabling millions of non-English speaking Indians to use computers. The currents state of Tamil content online leaves a lot wanting, and we should not discourage those who are actively improving it. Btw, the current ILUGC mailing list etiquette mentions nothing about the accepted languages in this list. So at least in this sense these Tamil posts are not doing anything wrong.
