So make it easier to filter out Tamil mails by tagging such mails.

You have to recognize that there are lots of people subscribed to this
list that do not speak Tamil and this is a mailing list with English as
the established common medium of communication.

No preaching about Tamil Localization please.  I have been played the
role myself and I doubt Linux Indic localization is actually helping a
substantial population at all but that is besides the point.
