I am using Fedora 64bit for a rented xeon server without any problems for last 4 years. I haven't restarted it since I upgraded it to Fedora 14. uptime reads
22:00:06 up 267 days, 16:24, 1 user, load average: 1.12, 1.26, 1.31 It is generally not recommend for production server because of frequent releases and leading edge nature. Despite that I used it but so far I haven't encountered any major problems. But remember I do not have to answer to anyone if anything goes wrong. It is mainly used as web and email server.
