I am using Fedora 64bit for a rented xeon server without any problems for
last 4 years. I haven't restarted it since I upgraded it to Fedora 14.
uptime reads

 22:00:06 up 267 days, 16:24, 1 user, load average: 1.12, 1.26, 1.31

It is generally not recommend for production server because of frequent
releases and leading edge nature. Despite that I used it but so far I
haven't encountered any major problems. But remember I do not have to answer
to anyone if anything goes wrong. It is mainly used as web and email server.
If stakes are high or if it is mission critical then go for RHEL/CentOS.
