Recently we have sent a letter to 490 engineering colleges in TN that, the colleges can get the following FOSS resources (more than 450+ GB) free of cost by providing a 500 GB external hard disk. 1. Fedora-14/15/16 with complete repo including RPM-Fusion (i386, x86_64, source) 2. CentOS 6.2 with EPEL repo (i386, x86_64, source) 3. Debian 6.0.4 with complete repo (i386, amd64, source) 4. Ubuntu 11.10 with complete repo (i386 only) 5. Linux Mint 12 with complete repo (i386 only) Few colleges have already sent the hard disk to obtain the above mentioned resources. The only request we made with these colleges is, they should help other nearby colleges by providing these resources when required by them. S.
