Few information first,

The candidate whom I was talking about is completed his 1 year at a
company with 16 thousand per month, with 3 increments.
IMO it is better to say NO to the person than throwing a peanut offer,.
I have great respects for my students and they are good, needless to
prove them in this floor.
2 year with 8thousand each month (for 24 months , with out increment)
is not a offer which is  worth to discuss.
