Few information first, The candidate whom I was talking about is completed his 1 year at a company with 16 thousand per month, with 3 increments. IMO it is better to say NO to the person than throwing a peanut offer,. I have great respects for my students and they are good, needless to prove them in this floor. 2 year with 8thousand each month (for 24 months , with out increment) is not a offer which is worth to discuss. regards, Thyagarajan Shanmugham. _______________________________________________ ILUGC Mailing List: http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc
