pretty much straight forward...
like you have other windows partitions vfat/msdos etc...

mount /dev/hdc /mnt/win98
mount /dev/hdx /mnt/winxp

generally the partition type is auto selected, if it doesnt then try
this...

mount -t vfat /dev/hdc /mnt/win98
mount -t ntfs /dev/hdx /mnt/winxp
