Hello Jaspal,

Its always better to install linux after intalling win. In your case try to use a 
third party partitioning software which will try to make a new partition without 
affecting the original linux ext2. Then install windows on the new partition. This 
will overwrite your boot block. You can later restore your boot block using many dos 
booting utilities available in linuc cds.


I hope it helps but i am not very sure.
