surely you can buddy . copy the following details into the wvdial.conf file in /etc folder
------------------------------bgein----------
[Dialer Defaults]
Modem = /dev/modem
Baud = 57600
Init = ATZ
Init2 = AT S11=50
Phone = <your isp phone number>
Username = <user_name>
Password = <password>
Dial Command = ATDP
--------------------------end----------------------
replace the < > with appropriate values
include the last command only if you have pulse dialing . save the file and run wvdial on the console to make the connection
