The question is who ? What happens if the volunteer get slack in his duties ?
I am ready. I think we know the people that are responsible, and won't slack like that. That is what strengthens our community here.
I am also willing to give for free hosting space for the forums.

Mairu, I really appreciate your enthusiasm. I would suggest: 1. Setup a domain like forums.linux-delhi.org on your server 2. Install phorum/phpbb or whatever you like 3. Ask Raj to point that domain to your server. 4. Start using the forum! 5. Create a link on linux-delhi.org to your forums.
Just remember, the biggest challenge in these initiatives is not starting it, but rather sustaining it. If you are confident that you would be able to sustain this for atleast an year, go ahead.
BTW, lap.linux-delhi.org survived less than a year. :-P
