I have my own views on mailing lists vs forums, which I propose to keep strictly to myself :) Anyhow, Mairu has indicated that he's willing to provide a host for a forums, so let there be forums. Mairu's setting up and configuring the software, so all we need now is responsible people to manage the fora. If you're the type who would love to spend an hour or two each day moderating the ILUG-Delhi forum(s) on the upcoming site, fighting with people when their posts are rejected, getting brickbats and curses (ncurses now!) from everyone, and generally doing stalwart but unrecognised work behind the scenes, then please raise your hand.
