Thanks for the response. I just want to send a UDP packet on an IP on internet. I want to see whether it denies it or accepts it. I have to do some tests. Telnet won't help. Do u have any idea how to create a program for this? Thanks again Best Regards. Sumit

Just connect to the service as telnet and if the commands are to be sent in plaintext. This should work. On the other hand, if you wish to send something more complicated, writing a simple program for this should'nt be tough.
