If the meeting is going to be attended by the "usual suspects", the introduction part can be safely skipped. However, if there going to be enough newbies around, I would support Raj's (Mathur) introduction speech.
Tarun, do you think we should have a show of hands for who all will be attending the meet or maybe a poll on the ILUGD meet ? If the newbies are out in force, Raj's (Mathur) speech would be indeed welcome.
