 Same here, there sales guy always promises me that he
is reaching my place in one hours time but i dont
understand which time frame they use, the one hour has
yet to complete !!!

 Me too, i am using MTNL dial up for quite some time
and i happy. I download cds and remain online whole
day. Speed is decent 3KBps to 6KBps. There internet
plan B(unlimited internet access and no bandwidth
caps) is value for for money no doubt.
