Hi Shashank,
You will have to ask your ISP to provide you with a dialer for Linux.
In case they do not have one, ask them to provide you with a direct
net connection to your IP address.

I have used cable net from Hotwire on both Linux and Windows without
any problem. Initially Hotwire didnt have an authentication app for
Linux. So they had configured my account for direct access. I just
booted my comp (Linux/Win) and my Internet connection worked
absolutely fine
