You may be right Mr. Kapil. But a student is still going through their learning curve and to err is human. Either one should ignore the reply or make one understand what you intend to say. This is a forum where we don't throw brickbats instead bring the community together. You may have grudge against the institution but please don't make it personal. Incidently, I am not one of them.
